Q. Are all products in the catalog found on the web site?
In most cases, you will find the same product online as you do in our catalogs. We currently have hundreds of Minnetonka Moccasin items online to choose from. Q. What forms of payments are accepted?
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover Card and American Express only. If you are mailing in your order we accept checks and money orders. Please do not send currency. No COD's.
Q. What if an item is out of stock?
We respect your freedom of choice and for that very reason we stock the ENTIRE product line of Minnetonka Moccasins. Occasionally a product is discontinued and stock must be sold on a first come first serve basis. In the event we are unable to fulfill your request we will e-mail you on the day of your order and perhaps notify you of a similar item in stock or allow you to cancel the order.
Q. How will I know that my order has been received and is being processed?
You'll receive an order acknowledgment by e-mail once it's received. This email will contain your unique customer ID number just in case you need to contact us with any questions or concerns you may have pertaining to your order.
